Lots of good food...

Our favorite, hip new hotel in George Town with really helpful and responsive staff. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. - Very easy to get from Penang International airport, just 12 miles away.

I really enjoyed good and magnificent location of this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for vacation, it was an excellent stay. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, comfy bed and new-fashioned room. Location: the property was near to street foods. There was dessert restaurant Ludwig, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

the location was strategic, close enough to the centre of georgetown as well as shopping complexes and easily accessible. actually everything was fine, my next choice again in george town.

The friendly staff and comfortable, recently updated rooms with dining area, sitting area, and work desk make this place a great choice for a stay.

Strategic location, spacious and beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchenette, TV with Netflix and YouTube, adjacent to big mall and street market.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel - it was very close to bus stops and opposite a huge super market where we could buy almost everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated that there were local supermarkets nearby and that the hotel was near to some viral places in the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive - we loved the breakfast spread and the helpful staff.

Great stay, amazing complementary breakfast and service. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a getaway weekend.

The walls were very thin so we could hear everything going on outside of the room. the bathroom could have been cleaner, it seemed as though they rushed cleaning it.

Spacious apartment with great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a guide to the city and recommendations for places to eat. We were able to easily access public transportation and explore nearby areas. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable.

The noise from the surrounding traffic could be quite loud and disturbed our sleep at night. the apartment was missing some key amenities such as a toaster and adequate kitchen utensils which could have improved our stay.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to various shopping centers and bus stops. Opposite the hotel is a well, stocked Gama supermarket, making it easy to purchase daily necessities. the hotel provides complete facilities, such as a washing machine and semi, equipped kitchen.

The hotel's service can be improved as there were several complaints about unfriendly staff, poor communication, and delayed check, in and check, out processes.
